This ensures you get the care you need when you need it, without going over budget! In our office, all charges are due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Insurance
With the assistance of our insurance coordinators, we will work with your insurance company to determine the estimated out-of-pocket copay according to the services rendered. While you are responsible for all fees incurred, our team works with your insurance provider to ensure that your benefits are maximized prior to treatment. At the time of service, only your estimated copay is due.
